Very good, but heavy on the oregano and thyme. I’ll make again, but will cut back on those spices to 1/2 teaspoon.

Delicious!! I will definitely be making this again! I used the slow cooker method, with some minor adjustments just because I’m lazy and everything turned out amazing. I skipped the whole onion thing, threw some jarred minced garlic in the crockpot, and was very generous in my seasoning application (I personally like a lot of flavour). I also added breadcrumbs and used ground turkey.
Lastly, I slow cooked for 3 hours and before broiling, I just brushed the meatballs with dried rosemary and melted butter.
Everything was moist and delicious!
