Helllloo and happy Friday!
Here we are on Friday and I’m already thinking about better ways to start the week come Sunday. We all know eating a healthy breakfast is the best way to start the day. For me, I like to make a quick avocado toast and top it with a poached egg (try it in the microwave!) with a drizzle of flaxseed oil and a sprinkling of Trader Joe’s Everything bagel seasoning. It’s so simple but that’s what makes it so good. Keeping things simple is one of my goals for 2024. The same goal is likely a repeat from the past few years. I don’t know if that means I didn’t achieve my goal before or if it’s something I want to continue. Either way, that’s where we are right now. How about you?
But before we decide on next week’s breakfasts, it’s time to dig into this week’s Friday Faves. Take it easy!
The Grammys are this Sunday and the fact that after 30+ years one of my fave artists is finally going to be back on stage will be the main reason I will tune in.
We are finally watching this celebrity documentary and I’m reliving the 90s with relish.
As a Utah native, The Sundance Film Festival usually takes over the state. But, it seems like the festival’s bright lights have dimmed a bit when it comes to locals trying to get their fill of celeb sightings. However, if you’re a movie fan, the flicks are still the featured player. These are the best Sundance films to look out for this year.
