I just came across the recipe “Orange Chicken and Broccoli Rice Bowls”. I do not understand the direction “steam the blitzed broccoli in a microwave-safe bowl with sesame oil for 45 seconds”. Not sure how to do that, please explain.

Planned on making hand pies today with peaches from my yard and blackberries I picked at the coast. The funny thing that struck me about your posting is I grew up in Burlingame south of San Francisco and knew an old German lady named Frieda during the 70’s that drove a Volkswagen bug (as did I) who had it serviced at the same garage as me. Could it be the same person? Probably not but brought back a strange and somewhat wonderful memory. Anyway I love liverwurst too but on wonderbread (or something like it now) with a big gob of yellow mustard.
