Hi there! I’m happy to hear from you!
Contact me at [email protected] where if you aren’t a spammy marketer, I will absolutely respond to your email.
What if you have questions or comments about a specific recipe? Please leave a public comment on that recipe’s page so other readers will benefit from your comment and the answer, too. Or, email me at the address above.
When do you publish your online magazine version of FoodieCrush?
You can see recent issues here. The magazine is currently published bi-yearly, and features profiles of favorite food bloggers, their recipes and photography. With a point of your mouse (or flick of your finger) the flippable magazine features click-able links that take you directly to featured recipes, contributors, products, online shops, and of course—your favorite bloggers sites.
Can I contribute or get featured on FoodieCrush?to FoodieCrush?
I don’t accept unsolicited guest posts or links but I am always looking for inspiration that has seasonal appropriateness from amazing food blogs with food photography that readers are inspired by. If that’s you or someone you know, drop me a line and I’ll add you to my list of food blogs I follow.
What type of camera do you use for the pictures you take?
I currently use a Nikon D850 with my favorite Sigma Art Lenses, including a 35 mm F1.4 ART, a 50 mm F1.4 ART and a Nikon 105 mm F2.8 lens. (links are affiliate links of which I receive a small commission if you purchase, so thank you!)
What are some of your favorite food blogs?
Oh man, that is so hard! I have a rotating list of blogs I follow and feature in many of my posts, including my series of What to Eat Now monthly seasonal posts, and in my list of weekly Friday Faves.
How do you keep up with all of the food blogs out there?
Some I receive via e-mail but most I read in Feedly or BlogLovin’.
Do you review products?
Yes I do. Acceptance of your product does not guarantee we will review or write about your product.
Submitted items should be relevant to content you see on our site, so no thanks to products and services that aren’t food related or relevant to my reader’s best interests.
Do you review cookbooks?
I looove cookbooks, e-Cookbooks and I love magazines, so the answer is yes. If you have a cookbook you’ve written or one that you’ll soon be releasing, please e-mail us a book information and publication date.
Do you review restaurants?
When I’m not in the kitchen or at my computer blogging it out, I love dining out. I don’t do restaurant reviews on the blog, but if I eat something tasty, you can usually find me touting it on Instagram.
What about food + travel?
I’m big into travel and when appropriate I enjoy sharing it with readers. You can see some of my travel posts here.
Do you have any job openings?
I don’t have any full-time positions available but if you’d like to talk about contributing, collaborating or interning, I’m all ears.
How can I advertise?
I’m happy to chat with you about creative partnerships in the magazine or on the blog as long as it’s appropriate and interesting to my readers. .
I do feature some affiliate links on our site and receive a small commission from sales generated via those links.
